We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains your rights and how to return items bought from our online store.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, for any reason.
You then have a further 14 days to return the items after notifying us.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods (or proof of return).
You may return caps if:
They are unused and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or damage not caused by us.
Due to safety and hygiene reasons, drinks cannot be returned if:
They have been opened
They are not faulty or damaged
We will only accept returns or issue refunds for drinks if:
The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
The product is unsafe to consume
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may ask for:
Photos of the item(s) and packaging
Order details
We will offer:
A replacement, or
A full refund (including delivery costs, where applicable)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the outcome
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please place a new order and return the original item.
