COMPETITION TERMS + CONDITIONS
28 Day Countdown - July 2026
1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is VOO SISTERS (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition period
The competition will run for 28 days, opening at 04.07.26 and closing at 5.00pm 01.08.26. Entries received after the closing date and time will not be counted.
3. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.
Employees, contractors, agents, and representatives of the Promoter, their immediate family members, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are not eligible to enter.
By entering, participants confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
4. How to enter
To ENTER, participants must:
- Follow @voo.sisters on Instagram.
- Like the competition post.
- Sign-up via www.voosisters.com to hear latest news and updates on product launch.
- Comment on each of the 28 daily competition posts with "OWN YOUR PHASE”
- Optional Extras : Tag friend(s) in the comments.
- Optional Extras: Share the competition posts to their Instagram Story for an additional entry, tagging @voo.sisters
Each point above will count as a point toward entering the competition. The more you engage the more chances of winning., unless otherwise stated. Duplicate, incomplete, offensive, automated, or spam entries may be disqualified at the Promoter’s discretion.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
5. Prize
The prize is:
Menstrual phase Days - 1-6 of the competition - A VOO SISTERS Menstrual - REST + RESTORE Phase Cap.
Follicular phase Days - 7-12 of the competition - A VOO SISTERS Follicular - STRENGTH+ STIMULATE Phase Cap.
Ovulation phase Days - 13-16 of the competition - A VOO SISTERS Ovulation - PEAK + POWER Phase Cap.
Menstrual PHASE Days - 17-28 of the competition - Exclusive early access to our full range of drinks. Rest+ Restore, Strength+ Stimulate, Peak + Power, Nourish + Nurture. Plus all of the phase caps included.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make this necessary.
6. Winner selection
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the competition periods - Menstrual on day 6, Follicular on day 12, Ovulation on day 16 and Luteal on day 28.
The draw will take place within 7 days of the competition closing date.
The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
7. Winner notification
The winner will be contacted via direct message from the official @voo.sisters Instagram account only.
The winner must respond within72 hours of being contacted. If the winner does not respond within this period, is found to be ineligible, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Participants should be aware of fake accounts. The Promoter will never ask for bank details, payment details, or sensitive personal information to claim a prize.
8. Delivery of prize
The prize will be delivered to the winner using the details provided after winner confirmation.
The Promoter is not responsible for any prize that is lost, delayed, damaged, or misdirected due to incorrect information provided by the winner.
If the prize includes event attendance, travel, accommodation, or additional expenses are not included unless expressly stated.
The prize shall be sent as soon as available for launch, pending August 2026.
9. Instagram disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility or liability connected with the competition.
Participants must comply with Instagram’s terms of use and community guidelines.
10. Publicity
The winner may be asked to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the competition, such as having their Instagram handle announced or shared on the Promoter’s social media channels.
The winner has the right to object to or limit the use of their personal information for publicity purposes.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected as part of the competition will be used only for the administration of the competition, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and any legal or regulatory obligations.
The Promoter will process personal data in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
Personal data will not be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes without consent.
12. Content and permissions
If participants submit comments, images, videos, testimonials, or other content as part of their entry, they confirm that the content is their own and does not infringe the rights of any third party.
By entering, participants grant the Promoter permission to repost or share competition-related content on the Promoter’s social media channels, website, email marketing, or promotional materials, with appropriate credit where practical.
The Promoter reserves the right not to share any content it considers inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or inconsistent with the brand.
13. Disqualification
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entry that:
- Is incomplete, late, false, fraudulent, or automated.
- Uses multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
- Contains offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
- Breaches these Terms and Conditions.
- Breaches Instagram’s terms, rules, or community guidelines.
14. Changes to the competition
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend, or extend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Any changes will be communicated on the Promoter’s Instagram page where appropriate.
15. Liability
The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with this competition will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
